Enjoy a fresh twist on a classic BLT with these Turkey Bacon BLT Wraps. Crispy organic turkey bacon, juicy tomato slices, and crisp butter lettuce are wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla and paired with a flavorful herb avocado yogurt aioli. Made with creamy mashed avocado, tangy Greek yogurt, and a hint of garlic, parsley, and lemon, this aioli elevates the wrap to a new level of deliciousness. Topped with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning, this wrap is a healthy, simple, and satisfying meal—perfect for lunch, dinner, or a light snack.

Serves 4-6

  1. Dice the cucumbers and tomatoes, and finely dice the red onion into a medium bowl.
  2. Add chopped fresh parsley, and dried mint to the salad.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
  4. Next, drizzle the olive oil over the salad and give it a final toss.
  5. Taste again for salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake turkey bacon that have been seasoned with olive oil and black pepper for 10-15 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, make your aioli by mixing the chopped parsley with the mashed avocado, garlic, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  3. Grab your whole wheat wraps and, on the bottom, spread the avocado & Greek yogurt aioli, then top with lettuce, turkey bacon, tomato slices, salt, pepper, and everything but the bagel seasoning
  4. Wrap and enjoy!
