Serves 4-6

  1. Dice the cucumbers and tomatoes, and finely dice the red onion into a medium bowl.
  2. Add chopped fresh parsley, and dried mint to the salad.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
  4. Next, drizzle the olive oil over the salad and give it a final toss.
  5. Taste again for salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately

  1. Peel and grate the garlic into a mortar and pestle. Pestle the garlic together until it becomes a paste.
  2. Peel and grate the ginger into the mortar and pestle and continue the same process.
  3. Peel and grate the turmeric into the mortar and pestle, then mash the garlic, turmeric, and ginger together until smooth.
  4. In a bowl, add the raw honey, cinnamon, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar, then add the mashed mixture of garlic, ginger, and turmeric.
  5. Mix and incorporate this mixture together until smooth.
  • It’s recommended to wait 24 hours before consuming to allow ingredients to meld together effectively.
  • Recommended dosage: 1-2 tsp a day
  • For optimal benefits, it is recommended to consume this mixture during or immediately after meals, as this aids digestion, balances blood sugar impact, and enhances the absorption of active ingredients.
