Exercises for your Mijaz ❨Inborn Nature❩

Being that we are all unique, each of us requires different exercises and resting therapies that best suit our Mijaz, or Inborn Nature.
For example, running sprints may be excellent for some, but for others this activity may be too energetic and heat producing, therefore causing health problems. Yoga may be suitable for high-strung (heating Mijaz) types but may be too passive for the lowstrung (cooling Mijaz) types.

Exercise 01 : For all Mijaz Type

Our Walking Exercise is a gentle exercise recommended daily for all Mijaz types. Walking exercises slowly increase the pulse and respiratory rate, giving our Vital Force more power, energy and efficiency to improve our health and livelihood. Each of our exercises tone and lighten the body, awaken the appetite, aid in digestion and cleanse out toxins from the body.

Walking Exercise

Warm up by walking normally, swinging the arms gently. Do this for about 2 minutes.

Walk briskly, raising the legs and swinging the arms firmly. Do this for about 5 minutes.

Then cool down by walking normally, as you did in the warm up. Do this for about 2 minutes.

This exercise can be done daily, increasing the time for each session weekly to a maximum of 25 minutes.

Exercise 02 : For Water and Earth Mijaz’s

Jogging Exercises are more intense than walking, because they produce more heat. Therefore, we recommend daily Jogging exercise for the Watery & Earthy (cold) Mijaz Types. Jogging exercises increase the pulse and respiratory rate even more than walking, giving our Vital Force more power, energy and efficiency to improve our health and livelihood. Each of our exercises tone and lighten the body, awaken the appetite, aid in digestion and cleanse out toxins from the body.
