This delightful heart-shaped Greek salad is not only visually stunning but also packed with heart-healthy ingredients. Featuring all the classic components of a traditional Greek salad—crisp cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, kalamata olives, bell peppers, red onions, and salty feta—this dish is elevated with my signature Greek dressing for an extra burst of flavor. Perfect for a special occasion or everyday meals, this nutritious salad is a delicious way to show some love to your heart and your taste buds!

Serves 4-6

  1. Dice the cucumbers and tomatoes, and finely dice the red onion into a medium bowl.
  2. Add chopped fresh parsley, and dried mint to the salad.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
  4. Next, drizzle the olive oil over the salad and give it a final toss.
  5. Taste again for salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately

  1. Prep all your salad ingredients into thin slices the way you like it.
  2. Prepare the heart shaped cut out from parchment paper to use as a guide for plating the salad (you can carefully remove easily by pulling it out after you put the dressing the paper comes out easily due to the olive oil.
  3. Prepare the dressing by mixing together the lemon, vinegar, spices, garlic, and olive oil and set aside.
  4. Arrange the salad together on the plate with the stencil and arrange it so the colors pop and each bite has a little bit of everything.
  5. Drizzle over the dressing and enjoy!
